C-Leveled Acquired by DOM | Digital Marketing Services in Pittsburgh

I’m excited to announce something that’s been in the works for a while.  DOM has acquired C-leveled, one of the top branding and marketing firms in Pittsburgh, in an effort to better serve our clients and other growing companies in their marketing campaigns from “concept to client.”

DOM’s always been strong at driving quality traffic to our clients’ websites and helping them convert that traffic into whatever’s meaningful – leads or direct e-commerce sales in most cases.  We do that through SEO, paid search, and other digital advertising campaigns.  Plus we have an extremely strong analytics team to help us tell our clients’ marketing stories through meaningful data.

Until now, though, we’ve often had to turn potential clients away when either they told us they needed a website – and in many cases referred them to C-leveled.  We’ve also declined to work with potential clients when we’ve decided that it’s not worth sending traffic to their sites.  (Yes, we actually turn away revenue when we don’t think we’re a good fit.)

Start at the Beginning

Now, we’re able to take on a bigger piece of the marketing funnel for our clients as we can help with that first impression – developing a great user experience and representation of the brand.  And above all – a site that will help convert visitors.

The new talent we’ve added will also bolster our conversion rate optimization services for existing websites so our clients can drive more demand and revenue from all traffic sources.

In addition, we’re also taking on more of the post-lead action to help move business leads through the sales funnel to opportunities and sales.  You’ll be hearing more about these new offerings throughout the year.

More About C-leveled

I’ve been fortunate to have gotten to work with the C-leveled team for 5 years, witnessing their talent first-hand. I have the utmost respect for Denise DeSimone and what she has accomplished. I’m beyond excited Denise will continue to deliver amazing work for the new combined entity.  As will the rest of the talented team of experienced creatives, developers, and client service leaders to help drive us forward.

Our values align completely, making a natural cultural fit between the two companies.  We’ve worked extremely hard to create a great (if quirky) culture here and we will never take that for granted.

In addition to expanding DOM’s marketing offerings to clients, C-leveled’s reputation in the Pittsburgh market will help DOM continue to expand its growing footprint in the region and help recruit the highest quality talent to serve our worldwide clientele.  At any given time you might find team members talking with clients anywhere from Singapore to Switzerland and all points in between.

Stone Cold’s Bottom Line

The acquisition of C-leveled intends to position DOM (a Premier Google Partner and an expert at driving demand) with the talent and resources to build beautiful, converting websites.

This acquisition will only help us to continue or expand our 85% client retention rate and Net Promoter Score (the gold standard indicator of client satisfaction) that rates 37% higher than digital agency industry benchmarks.

Give us a shout if you’d like to learn more about how (or if) we can help your organization’s marketing goals.
